Self Addressed Labels / or Envelops

Dear please , help me i am confused regarding....


2 self addressed Labels....?
1 in English or French
and
2nd in your official language of your country of Residence.


what kind of labels, should we just print our address on A4 paper and include with application

OR

we should send 2 envelops with our address written on them?

please clarify.

HI, it can be in a4 paper o even a6, dont worry. No envelopes though
