Can any one please advice how to select the best & promising category for an immigration , am carrying 22 years of experience in IT industry , in a position of Director..etc interested to immigrate to canada to work and provide higher education for my kids
also which is the best state to select for easy immigration process

First of all, immigration is not easy. Nowhere in Canada. It is a long process where you have to qualify first. I suggest you start reading this: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/eligibility.asp

And the "States" are called provinces or territories..
