Seems TNT has lost my courier.

Hi Guys,

Its been 8 days my courier hasn't reached SYDNEY.

While tracking on TNT, it showing me Shipment Not Received. Recovery Actions Underway.

15 Dec 2014 08:00:00 Toronto Shipment Not Received. Recovery Actions Underway.
11 Dec 2014 19:00:00 Toronto Delay Due To Bad Weather. Recovery Action Underway
10 Dec 2014 20:48:31 Mahipalpur Service Centre Shipment Collected From Customer

I am worried because it seems my courier has been lost.

How can we confirm that ? I have called TNT customer care they said they are searching my courier.

Mark the whole world of that courier company in cc...write a mail...include both India team as well as Canada team..tell the impact...
