Seeking work permit visa ,need help,Masters in English degree holder

Hi! I am seeking help to get Canadian visa under JD Irving's pilot program.But I am not getting proper guidelines.I think JD Irving's is providing work permit visa but to access at right place according to education and resume is the of only consultants who help after paying huge credit.Their requirements are high even more than a ticket or visa expenses.
Kindly help me to get me out of darkness

Any consultants asking for funds are either trying to scam youor are just taking advantage of you. There is no need for payment to secure a WP except the small fee to IRCC.
