Regardless of your status the end effect is still the same. Any child who is born on Canadian soil is automatically a Canadian citizen.

Correct but forgot to mention not for diplomatic. Any new born baby to a diplomatic person in Canada cannot obtain Canadian citizenship till the age of 18.
They will issue a birth certificate which can be used later to obtain the passport.

You know you cant board a plane without a valid passport/visa, so i dont know how you are going to do it. But either way, if you succeed in boarding, once you arrive at any port of entry you can claim for refugee.
Your IDs are important so you can prove who you say you are so they dont detain you until you prove your identity.
Being refused a student visa will not affect your refugee claim.
Under what status is your wife in Canada?

My wife got 4years student visa with her but she's has claimed a refuge now and her hearing comes up next month, and about my own I have a valid passport and there is a visa on it but I hope you know what am going to do with it after I board the flight to Canada so it will not follow me to the Port of entry that is why am on here to sick your advice and steps to take at the port of entry and all what I can present to enter without my passport.i really need to be with my wife she's the only one over there running around and she'll put to bed anytime soon.sir I really appreciate you for your advice i'll be waiting to hear from you.

So has your wife added you to her refugee claim? Why the urgency to get to Canada without showing your passport?

I find that comment a bit disturbing combined with your comments in your other post about landing without a passport. If you land without a passport, you will be detained until they can prove your identity (a drivers license is easier to forge). If your wife has claimed refugee protection, and listed you on the application, CBSA will find out who you are.
