Seeking Place to rent for my spouse and I in Vancouver

I am seeking Place to rent for my spouse and I in Vancouver. I will be arriving on September 4th.
I am having difficulty getting a place for both of us. It doesn’t matter if it is small, most person I called say they are renting to 1 person.

My school is in West George Street, however, they say I could rent anywhere near the sky Train.

Anyone who can assist please replay.

I need help ASAP.
ps: we can talk about money when we get to that part.
