Hello everyone,

I am very much discouraged as my visitor visa application was refused,as I was going to Canada to visit my cousin brother who lives in Fort Mcmurry to explore canda and the reason stated was

(Applicant is single and will travel alone to visit a diatant relative.considering economic conditions and employment prospects in home country, and taking into account factors including travel history, economic establishments and family ties,I am not satisfied that applicant is a genuine visitor, therefore application refused.)
DOCUMENTS THAT WAS ATTACHED:-
I have attached the invitation letter(from cousin brother) with his bank account statements for six months and income tax receipts for 3 years and legal documents of his owned apartment and I have also attached NOC from the organisation stating no objections for the same with my salary slips , salary bank account status (my salary p.m 22200)and personal account(50000) ,my father was sponsoring me so there was a affidavit stating the same was also given ,his bank statements for 6months (with 12 lac of balance)and Income tax return for 3 years was also attached (personal) and in support of the source of income of father the business registration paper was also give (was in hindi) and GST registration of business paper was also attached,

Mainly my purpose was to explore Canada and then apply in a good collage there ,for my post graduation studies and this year only I have finished my graduation and started doing a job ...

Guys please help me ,as I want to study in Canada only ,Please guide me that what should I do and satisfy the VO and please tell me what are the chances to get study permit after visit visa refusal ..

How much are the financials in Canadian dollars? I done a calculation and your salary looks very very low, but I don't know if I was doing the right calculation.

My salary is around (400 CAD) and in my personal account it was (900 CAD) and I myself was not paying my trip my father sponsored me and his personal account statement was (20000 CAD) ..

Even though your father is sponsoring you, you have shown your salary is very very low compared to Canadian salaries. Now the CIC is looking at this thinking you may come to Canada and stay because of these low wages. Did you provide an SOP stating strong ties to your home country? Did you mention you want to come to Canada to check out colleges?

No disrespect, but with these numbers a study permit seems out of reach. How are you going to support yourself? Life is expensive here..

Your right ,Actually my agent has told me to show all my working status tough my father was bearing my all expenses of the visit (I have also submitted legal papers stating that in my application),how so ever I haven’t mentioned that I I’ll be checking collages for the further studies in Canada neither I have shown SOP stating strong ties ,please suggest me what to do now...

My father was sponsoring me

Even your father’s 20000 CAD is not enough to apply for a study permit. Tuition fees alone are around $15000 per year. You also need to prove you have enough money, available, to live here for a year. Just my opinion from what I’ve read here and from international students I know.

Sir ,
I do really understand that 20000 CAD was there but it was in the respect of the visit visa not for the student visa and yes you are right that sufficient funds is to be shown for fees and as well as the living expenses,my father for sure would be showing at lest fun from his other bank account around 40000 CAD and the same is to shown for the study permit....

From what I understand, in my limited knowledge of tourist visas, YOU must show you are capable of funding your trip. Your father’s money is irrelevant.

So, to make a stronger application, you have to show that you are earning enough and have saved enough on your own. Don’t try to have your father transfer money from his account to yours as IRCC will see that. It must match your pay from work if that is your source of income.

Sir ,
Thak you very much for your feed back ,I myself is not capable enough to sponsor my studies therefore my father will be doing so ,Sir could you please suggest me what amount is to be shown for the study visa and other documents that should be given in respect of my case and what should be mentioned in the cover letter so that I could convene VO and get study permit..Please help me I’ll be very much thankful to you ..

You have not got enough money showing for study visa, that is for certain. You need AT LEAST the first years tuition PLUS at least 10k CAD living expenses. You have not got anything near that showing. Secondly, your wages are poor compared to Canadian wages. $450 a month is not going to cut it with the CIC I'm afraid. So that is a major red flag. I think you have to save up quite a lot for either of them to work. We are giving you advice to help you not waste your own money until you are ready to apply again.

Either that or get a qualification in your own country, get some decent work experience and then reapply.

the problem is your status, and despite of your family is having money (which can be transferred very easily), they just think that you will not return and you will try to stay in Canada.
Why?
You do not have property, you do not own company, you do not have a perspective and good job. You did not seem to travel much so far.

But you are young, you mentioned that you wanted to check universities in Canada (that is the same as expressing wish to stay longer), you have family there to help you out. You have father to give you money. So it is very ideal to go and never return.

Sir ,
What should I do now to reapply , I can show property in my name and my father can sponsor me with enough money and he can also show the source of income,Please tell me how can I reapply and what should I mention in cover letter and what documents I should put in with my application..
