Few people get job offers before immigrating through EE. You are in a licensed profession too. You can apply to jobs on Canadian websites but without work authorization or license, you will get few, if any, job offers. Also a job offer doesn’t give you points for EE. You need a LMIA after the employer pay $1k and proves no Canadian or PR could do the job.
Focus on improving CRS score through language, education etc. You want a score close to 500.
