So you don’t want to permanently immigrate. You need to find an employer to give you a job offer. The employer needs to pay $1000 and apply for a LMIA and prove no Canadian or PR could be hired. Few go through the process as it takes months. But if successful with a LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. Takes months to process. You can’t work as an engineer in Canada without being licensed. You can look at technician jobs on Canadian websites like job bank or indeed. You wil get few responses.
