Security Status GCMS Notes

Hi Guys,
I got my GCMS notes and noticed that they hide (cut) the Security Status, Security Validity Date, Security Status Updated Date and Security Due Date.

Please confirm, who already got the medical and/or RPRF request and also got the GCMS after that. How it shows in your notes after medical?

Is that normal?
