Security guard qualifies for AINP

Hi there..can someone please tell me that security guard will qualify for alberta immigration nominee program under international graduate category.

Only NOC skill level 0, A, B, or C are eligible, NOC skill level D occupations are not eligible under which AINP classify NOC 6651 Security guard

thanks for ur reply....i checked this list of occupations but according to NOC 2011 security guard comes under skill level C. So i am confused. ???
