Secondary School Certificate qualification

Hi

I would like to do a program of office Administrative - Executive which is of 2yrs program in Sheridan college and 13 months program in trios college will this qualification be enough to proceed for any vocational program.

Secondary School of Certificate
with 6yrs of admistration experience
6yrs of e-eCommerce business experience

If i do 13 months program how many years will i get the work permit.

I'm interested in a course ENTERPRISE WEB & MOBILE DEVELOPER from triOS college. It is a 90 weeks Diploma program and is expensive. Can anyone tell me if this college is good in rating and for my career. I don't want to waste time and money. Any suggestions.
