Hello can I apply for another owp before the inland spousal pr is approved . She was a student before we got married and had applied for owp as a student before we submitted the pr application. She currently has an owp but it will expire next year February . Kindly respond thanks .

yes. when its about to expire you can apply for an extension. Alternatively, you can apply for bowp
