Hello Everyone

I visited Canada on visitor visa on 4th December for 10 days, but unfortunately due to grave emergency at office, I have to returned back India immediately after 5 days of landing in Canada.

That time, it was a smooth cake walk at Vancouver immigration. Now i have been again given 2 weeks of leaves from my office, compensating my previous call back from my vacation. Also, my office is providing me return flight ticket to any one destination as an incentive for all the good job done.

My worry is will the CBSA not raise not any flag against me for entering Canada again within a span of 50 days and I would be denied entry into Canada?

Any thoughts and views on this situation would be highly appreciated.

Thanks

Why are you returning so fast and how long are you planning on staying. What is the purpose of your visit?

The reason of returning back is that my office has sanctioned me leaves and after that I shall not be getting leaves till the end of the year, My purpose of visit is only tourism to Vancouver, Banff National park, Toronto and planning to be in Canada for 2 weeks.

You already took a vacation so it sounds a bit strange to return for another 2 weeks but you can explain. I question what your plans are because if you had done research you would have seen that Vancouver and Banff are far away and Toronto is extremely far away. What did you do for the first 10 days.

no one will be able to say if you will be 100% refused or 100% accepted. it all depends on the border officer.
I think if you can explain that you had an emergency at your office in which case your vacation was suspended, and now you are back to carry out your original purpose of visit.
The fact that you entered Canada and left once already will work in your favor
