Second Time Apply

Hi,
I already got visa for 6 months and stayed in Canada for 4 months.
I am planning to apply for visitor visa once to see my sister, niece in Canada.
I was in Canada in Sept 2015 and Dec 2015. I just had 6 months multiple visa. Now 6 months is already over.
I want to apply to Canada again. Is there chance to get rejected or approved?
Can I use the same online account to apply for second time?

Unless things have drastically changed for you, you should not have much difficulty. But perhaps, you may consider a visa extension?
