Hello is the first time I write and I hope someone can read my situation and give me some guidance. Long story short, I arrived in the winter of 2016 as a student, from that date until today I was renewing my stay as a visitor every 6 months until today that I received a letter that my last extension was rejected and I had to leave IMMEDIATELY.

During that time I formed a family( 2 Canadian babys) with my Canadian husband and we were about to submit the sponsorchip app.

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND ME TO DO AT THIS POINT?
Anyways we had a trip to Mexico this December.

CT1: I ask for a restoration of my status asking for 1 more month of permission? I go to Mexico and try to return ?

CT2: when I try to return will I have the opportunity to enter again if I show all my sponsor documentation that I have come to submit?

Why did you not apply for sponsorship earlier? It doesn’t sound like you attended school for very long. Did you expect to be able to renew your status forever@. If you go to Mexico you are at risk of being refused reentry. Where are you living? As a visitor you don’t qualify for healthcare in most provinces. Did you pay for your prenatal care and deliveries?

I would absolutely not go on that trip to Mexico. Cancel it. You will likely be denied readmission to Canada given your ties to the country.

yes! I’m only went to school for 6 months and in that period meet at my husband, i living with my husband in Ontario, I really don’t interested for health card or work permit only the possibility stay with my family (together)

Still, don't go on the Mexico trip. There is every possibility you'd be denied re-entry to Canada.

I could think that it is a window that they see that I left as soon as they asked me.

My husband CAN NOT take care of ours baby, depends of my for many reason are to young.

But you have stayed in Canada since 2016 on extensions. You will be expected to spend some time away from Canada, demonstrating ties to your home country, before returning. A vacation doesn't count.

Are you prepared to be sent away at the airport?

How can been prepare for this ?

someone recommended us to explain the situation to the officer and that when we entered we would send the application as soon as possible. It’s accurate?

CBSA doesn't like people who live in Canada as visitors or people who overstay. You have now done both. You have a high chance of being refused entry. You should take the previous advice to cancel the trip.

Apply for Restoration ASAP. Pay the full PR fees and include the receipt with the Restoration app to show you are serious about applying.

Thank you!

...and don't leave Canada until you have more solidity. Restoration of a status won't give you re-entry.

Still don’t understand why you didn’t apply earlier especially if you have paid for prenatal and postpartum care for yourself twice plus 2 deliveries. Why would someone wait 3 years?
