second EE application for the spouse

hello,

we came to Canada last year with my wife as the main applicant and now are ready to create our EE profile. in her account, we're going to create the profile with her to be the main again. however, she hasn't a one-year of Canadian work experience yet. I wanted to create another profile with me being the main and the wife as the second too. is it going to make any problem if we have two separate accounts, each other being the second applicant on one of them?
we just want to try our chances.
