Second Bachelors degree..?

Hi,

I have a bachelors degree in computer science. I want to change my field to hospitality. Is it possible for me to get visa if i apply for a bachelors in hospitality management?

Is there anyone who already has a bachelors and is doing another bachelors degree? Please let me know about it!!!!
