Second Attempt

Hi Friends,

I have one doubt to clear. I have applied for the Visa second time. I have sent full documents to CHC Delhi on 3rd May (Date when they received the documents). This is my second attempt. I tried once before with the 65 points(Shortage due to IELTS) and got rejected. Now I have applied with 71 points. Will my previous application would create any difficulties for my Current application? In terms of processing time or anything else....please share you knowledge or experience regarding this.

Did u state in ur forms that u had applied earlier and gor rejected due to less points?

Old rejected application will not create any problem, except in case there are contradictions in both the applications. It will also not impact the processing time.
I hope you have mentioned about the rejection of old application.

I have some issues regarding experience mentioned in B/G Declaration form which I can still correct during submission of documents(by attaching cover letters) but to be on safer side i am thinking about withdrawal of my case by honestly tell them its reason to be my ignorance.
Basically I have not mentioned one of my experience in initial application as it was not from those 38 occupations list and I was not aware of the fact that I have to mention all the experiences from skill type A,O,B.
actually i believe if i honestly admit my mistake in this application and in spite of continuing with it,I withdraw and reapply with rectification then they should not have any problem..

You may withdraw your application but unfortunately, you won't be able to apply again using your current NOC 4131. To be safe, it might be better to just correct the mistake when you submit your full documents.

yeah, i know that..but as i m a dentist, i m going to apply under 3113.
I just wanted to know that will i be able to correct my mistake in my new application if i honestly mention the reason in my withdrawal letter.?!

Hi Friends,

Yes, I mentioned the rejection of my application. I also attached the rejection letter when I sent my application for first approval along with IELTS card and they give me approval of the second application as well. Thanks for you replies. It gave me great confident.
