Seaferer secondary applicant

Hello sir,
I am a seafarer and a secondary applicant recently received Canadian pr but haven't done first landing.My ship is now going to Canada but the primary applicant hasn't landed before me... would that harm my pr visa stamping if I go into a Canadian port.....need help
