Hi there. Just an advice or warning. Someone I know arranged for cargo shipment from Manila to Winnipeg but instead the cargos were delivered only up to Toronto. The shipper had to pay extra for shipment from Toronto to Winnipeg. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. Good luck!
