SDS vs university category

I completed this year M.com from india with 70% marks and recently got a offer letter from a Canadian university for PG diploma 1 year course

Ielts 6.5 overall not less than 6 each module
Paid 1year tution fee (whole fee for course)
Paid GIC $10000 CND

So what additional documents I need for SDS and is it good to apply under SDS or university category?
