Okay so my Letter of Acceptance for 1 year program says:

Tuition (1st Semester): $5675
Tuition (2nd Semester): $5675

International Student Fees: $1000
Health and Dental Insurance: $902

So, for SDS I have to pay the "Full 1 year tuition fees", will that be the tuition component only ,5675 x 2 = $11350 or will it be everything summed up, 11350 + 1000 + 902 = $13252??

It's a sum up of two semesters plus Student/Health fees. Simply $13,252 need to suffice 1 year tuition fee.

Although, it is safe to pay the complete estimated fees. In my opinion, paying the tuition component for the first year should be more than sufficient. However, to make it absolutely clear to the VO that you have paid the tuition for the first year in full, I would obtain an official letter from your DLI confirming the same.

Good luck.

Okay thank you @Rationalwarrior , I have actually paid $11176 as I had $2076 already available on my account (refunds and awards) that sums up to a perfect total of everything ($13252) so I have got a receipt from my college which shows a balance of -$13252 in the end after showing all the refunds and payments I made. That should suffice for it I guess.
