Hello dear members
I applied for study permit from Pakistan
Hospitality and restaurant management diploma
Previous education:
Management diploma
Certificate in patisserie
From austrailia
I returned from austrailia in April 2020
Timeline:
Biometrics:22 june
Medical upfront: passed on 28 june
Eligibility started:28 june - eligibility rolled back and started again around 5-6 july.
Bvl and decision:12 july

refusal reason : because of current employment status
And bcuz of limited employment opportunities applicant will not leave canada
What do i need to improve???

You have a management diploma and are taking another management diploma. Even though it is in hospitality it makes no sense as the programs are too similar. is this a PG program or another diploma. How will taking the program help your career in your home country? What are you doing now? Order GCMS notes.

Currently i m just looking after our family dairy business
So should i go for bachelor degree

So if you want to start your own business, why do you need to spend thousands on a Canadian education for a diploma? Why can’t you start it now? A Canadian diploma should not be a reason not to start it up given you have a management diploma already. Visa officers see no tie to your current employment and your program.

What bachelor program will help you build your business when you have a management diploma? Again, why do you need a bachelor degree to start a business. A bachelor degree is 3 to 4 years. Your objections don’t just disappear. You are now totally changing your program so it needs to build upon your education and career.
