Hi, can someone guide me if my wife is main applicant and want to take admission in MS computer sciences , and my relatives are living in Ontario, so can i take admission in same state ? which university is economical ? me, my 4 years son are dependent, so we want to apply for PR after completion of my wife MS, so which state/province can leads me for same plans ?
