An affidavit from her won't help. You have to put together a stronger application to override the fact that you have very strong ties to Canada.

What are your planned studies in Canada and what is your previous work experience and education? You need to be pursing a program of study in Canada that makes sense given your past education and work experience. If you have a bachelor then you should be going for a master's. If you have a master's then you should be going for a PhD in Canada.

What ties to your home country did you show?

how to do that?.. can you help me in this regard?... my previous work experience in oil and gas industry of about 10 years, in which last four years are of management. I am good at programming and software's as well, so I was in plan to make small software firm for which I was pursuing small businesses and entrepreneurship program. Ummm I had master degree but now as I was shifting to another field so I want a undergraduate degree in it. But I though I well composed this thing in my SOP but officer rejected on basis of ties.

Generally speaking, switching fields increases the chances of a visa being refused because your planned studies in Canada don't make sense in light of your previous work experience and education.

Ideally you should go for another Master's or a PhD.

If you really don't want to do this, then it may not be possible to pursue your studies in Canada since it will be too difficult to get a study permit approved.

Do you plan to eventually immigrate to Canada through your wife? If so, then it may make sense to go through the spousal sponsorship process first to become a PR and then pursue your studies in Canada.
