Normally When can I expect my final decision ， thank so much

Unfortunately processing times for China has increased to 38 weeks.
Least being India for 10 weeks.

But there are still good chances for an early decision since your medical was updated. Can expect the decision so as to within 3 months of your medical being updated.

Final question ,The applications have been reviewed 2 months nearly , do you think is a positive sign?
 
Hopefully yes since you must had cleared the preliminary review phase where usually refusals happen.
