Scored IELTS 6 ,Job experience 3years eligible for Migration ?

I had completed 3years Biotechnology Bacehlor's Degree,passed out-3years ago.Currently working at Pfizer in Sales & Marketing. 24years young unmarried ,Scored 6 in IELTS.Am I eligible to get migration in Canada ? .
