Score at 410. need valuable advise

Dears,

Could anyone in this forum help me to recover from my decision dilemma?.I wrote IELTS more than 15 times and don't know whether to quit or not.

Profile create with score 410.
Job code: 1111
Age= 29
IELTS - L 8.5, R 8.5, S 7, W6.5.
Experience 5 years( under same code).
Degree= I have two Bachelor ( according to WES report both are 4 years). (So, two or more certificate category).

May I know is there any chance for province nomination?. I tried checking some of the province sites, but couldn't find a ray of hope since there is no province calling for score 410. I don't have any relatives in Canada, so that score won't work out.

Please advise me whether should I take IELTS again (Least option) or is there any option to materialise my dream via provincial nomination.

Need practical advice.

Hey, only 0.5 in writing stands between you and CRS 468! If I were you, I'd spend some really hard time preparing for IELTS aiming on band 7.0 in Writing. It is not that hard, actually, just find a good tutor, do your best and practise a lot before writing IELTS for the 16th time.

Re-write IELTS.

Your PNP options:

Nova Scotia ran a draw and sent out EOIs to candidates with your profile a year ago.

Try PEI as well.
