I'm about to complete my Masters degree in Engineering from India and I'm planning to find a job in Canada right after my I complete my Masters. I even had a chat with a consultancy regarding the same. However, I was told that to work in Canada, I require a minimum 2 yrs experience. Since I am a fresher, they gave me an option to apply for a Post Graduate Diploma, either in Engineering or Management of 1 yr in Canada and then apply for jobs there. However, I am concerned about whether this is a viable option as I am unsure about the scope of a PGD in Canada and whether it'll provide me good job opportunities. Kindly help regarding the same.
