Scope for Canada visa after US visa refusal

No. It will be very difficult to obtain any form of temporary resident visa for Canada now. You have to openly declare your refusals on the TRV application and if you don't, the USA/Canada information sharing will catch you anyway, resulting in a ban.
A lot depends on the refusal reasons but as you are posting in this section of the forum, it appears that you might be trying to find a way to claim asylum. That may well have been a factor in the refusals.
I can't say for sure unless we know the refusal reasons. But I wouldn't count on a Canadian visa now if I was you.
