Hello Guys,

I need more info on this case as I have a similar case.

My wife had a visitor visa before our marriage and I applied for a Spousal application for PR when she was outside of Canada.

Currently, she is in Canada with me on a visitor status and I would like to apply for an open work permit under this program.

Question:
Can I apply?
Will it be a paper file or e-file and what address should it be sent to?

Please stop posting the same question over and over again.

Answer is no. You cannot apply.

Open work permits are only available to those who have applied through the inland spousal sponsorship program. You applied outland. Your spouse does not qualify for an open work permit.
