School Grade for my daughter moving from India

Hi ,
Apologies if this question is asked before.

I am planning to move to Canada - Mississauga from INDIA with my Daughter 9 yrs (will turn 10 yrs by Feb 2019 )and Son 3 years 8 months

Please suggest if we move now my daughter will be in which grade ?( she is in 5 th Standard or grade now)

is ok to move now ?
she will be given in grade 5 if we move now ?

a timely reply will help a lot in taking decision to move now or after Feb 2019
