School and college transcripts.... its must?

I have to ask you that, schooling and college transcripts including degree its must to submit Original in sealed cover? its must for second stage? because CIO not listed anything to me about all transcripts in sealed covered..
needs suggessions from all seniors and other helpfull members.

oh means its must for all? because nobody is there at India to go and bring my transcripts from university? what to do in this case? all people from my family and friends are settle down USA UK AUS CANADA Europe.. even my home is locked since 7years.
if we not provide than whats the steps?

Go to your university website and look for info on how to order a transcript by mail. If you can't find the info on the website, find an email address and write to them.

another my schooling is from also gujarat , Gujarat secondary board, now they also dont have email to get schooling 10 + 2 certificates, schooling certificates are also requiered?

Is there anywhere in the application instructions that requests secondary certificates? If no, then... No.

college and university transcripts are a must. it also helps to send your secondary/highr secondary/high school certificates ( notraized copies ) , as they prove your full time education , which is an important requirement.

there are universities, which offer bachelors and masters just based on work experience, without any educational pre-requisites ! so, always send school certificates too... it does not harm in anyway !

Jes_on, thanksfor the info ,
today I sent FAX, and called them , today is monday morning there, but they said they can not send at USA by post or courier, I told them that I will pay for it, but operator dont understand, even they dont issue directly atleast they need soemone who come to sign the application. now my problem is I dont have any relatives in Gujarat even in India. all moved to abroad. my consultant guide me its not must to submit but embassy will ask it later anytime and they not prceed file if we not submit it.
dont know what to do in this case,

I sent fax:
my all transcript copy, degree, application cover letter type by me, my college name and principal name.
even theygot fax but no more good respond.
and IN FAQ nothing more details about special for immigration transcript details...

Maran1976, gujarat university and gujarat board is reputed and I know there still all schools and bachelor level degrees and schooling is FULLTIME since somany years.

Well, I would suggest speaking directly to the Registrar if possible, but if the response is the same, document it - write a letter stating your efforts to obtain the transcript and why you could not, and submit that with a (certified) copy of your transcript. And good luck!
