Undergrad scholarships really aren't given to foreign students. If you want to study here at the undergraduate level, you will have to pay the tuition and living expenses on your own.
Why, but when I checked online There was a list of undergraduate scholarship for international students but the procedure I don't understand when l mean undergraduate l mean l just finish high school and l want to continue my University in Canada but I don't have the money
If there are scholsrships available you can apply but there are not a lot of them and most are not full scholarship with room and board plus travel and spending money so you still have to pay a portion. Canadian schools must help Canadian students in need first.
That what I need help for why can't you help me even though l am an international student please I really need the scholarship please.

If you want to get a scholarship, you will first have to apply to a school in Canada and be accepted - and then apply for the scholarship.
Again, none of us here can help you. You will have to do all of this on your own.
