You will not get a scholarship for a PG diploma. Scholarships for international students are really only available for those with the highest marks doing graduate degrees.
If the threads you are responding to are any indication, you are going to Seneca.

I have done Bachelor from india, and can i apply for Masters in regard to scholarship
again, you need to make your own searches as most scholarships are for Canadians or PRs. as with any country, we take care of our own first. if you are exceptional and feel you may qualify for one, you will need to do the leg work and look for one.
