Schedule A request. Document not protected. Pls help

Hello. I got a schedule A request for me and my wife. While filing up the Imm 5669, I am unable to save or validate the form. How I am suppose to take a print of the Imm form and sign it when I am not able to save it . Please help my deadline is close.

that usually mean there's problem with the typed info. (e.g. Wrong date format)

Watch for the error it prompts
