Schedule A, printed and signed, or typed?

I am preparing myself for the incoming Schedule A request. Do we print the filled Schedule A and then sign and scan? or do we type the name as signature??

Complete, Validate, Print, Sign and date, Scan and save (PDF would work) and send that file.

I read somewhere on the forum that we need to digitally sign it as in type our name. This is taken as a signature. And not scan a printed copy
