Hi everyone,

I want to sponsor my husband from Iceland. He has a daughter (11 yo) that lives in Danemark with her mother. My husband has custody of his daughter but she's not living with him.

From my research, even if my husband's daughter is not coming with him to Canada, I have to include her in the process of his sponsorship.

We need to fill up Schedule A for every applicant of the sponsorship. Does it mean we have to fill up this Schedule for her too?

I'm also questioning myself regarding 'family members 18 of age or older' for this Schedule. When we are answering the questions, we need to answer them considering any family members of my husband that is 18 or older. So it means we are answering the questions, for example, of criminal history, for his parents (mother and father) and of his half-brother, aged of 20?

Example: have been refused entry in a country?

If his mom or his dad has been refused entry somewhere, we have to answer 'yes' to this question?

Thank you for your answers!
