Im a UK outland applicant under spousal sponsorship.

When filling out schedule A do we need to put vacations too?
Ive been in canada since 2014 and returned to the uk twice, both times for 2 weeks.
Do i include those in the form? Or just that i was in canada since 2014?

Yes, vacations.. every where you've been within the time period that pertains to you (last 10 years or since 18) whichever is applicable in your case
