Do i need to put my Elementary years? Education here in the philippines is only 10 months, if i will put the years it will have gap in time because we have summer vacations. how is that?

You don't need to worry about including summer vacations, and as far as the education history goes there would be some gaps, which is normal. You just put the education part there. For instance, I finished high school in the U.S. in May, and didn't start college until the following August. But you don't have to worry about putting anything in the education section for that summer vacation. There didn't appear to be any instructions in there about not having gaps in time for education.

Where you have to worry about that is the Personal History section. Depending on you age and/or whatever the VO wants, you need to account for 10 years or since the age of 18. If the education stuff would appear in that period, you would probably need to account for the gap between different educational institutions. So in my case, if I'd needed to (it was further back than 10 years, however), I would have listed myself as being employed during the summer between high school and college. The Personal History section is where you want no gaps showing up.
