Schedule A - does the sponsor need to complete this?

I am British and I am being sponsored by my Canadian wife. Does she need to complete a 5669 form?

The guide says the form must be completed by you spouse whether s/he is accompanying you to Canada or not.

My spouse is already in Canada, so I assume that guideline relates to if I was being sponsored by another family member and my spouse was part of my application?

Form 5669 is only for the Applicant (you). The sponsor (your wife) does NOT need to fill this out.
