Schedule A - Background/Declaration (IMM5669E) : Solemn Declaration

Hi,

I am going to file PR under Canadian Experience Class. While filling "Schedule A - Background/Declaration (IMM5669E)" I came across the last section i.e. "Solemn Declaration". It seems to be filled later but I am in doubt.

So, can someone confirm I should fill it or not? If not now then when?
