Can anyone provide information about it - as to if these jobs need to be listed in the form, because my student status covers the time period

It is up to you. If you are not claiming points for this part-time experience and are not going to provide reference letters for that, just leave your studying only.

Yes, anything you did even if overlapping needs to be mentioned in the background declaration form.

I quote from the CEC document checklist (Part 3):

You must write "n/a" in any sections that are not applicable to your situation. Include all:

• jobs
• periods of unemployment
• study
• vacations, or
• being a homemaker

It states that you need to include all jobs, and that will imply overlapping studies and jobs in the personal history for the last 10 years.
