I have OINP certificate now m applying for federal under CEC do I need schedule 4 form to upload or thats only for PNP applicants? Please help

If you have an OINP certificate, you are also a provincial nominee. Schedule 4 is required for provincial nominees, it is not a mandatory document, however, if you do not submit it upfront as part of eAPR, CIC will ask you later.

Didn't mention in checklist tho still we need as m applying in CEC so m not showing funds so if I upload this form should I put $0 on that?

do it in LOE section..... by explaining the same in your LOE>...
