Most of us are filling forms like a machine, that's why the form is quiet since yesterday ::) Seniors, could you please guide on the Schedule 3 where they ask about job duties? The fields are very small, and we cannot actually write everything there.

The question is, should we writing summary of what we think we do, or we should get points from the job duties mentioned on our experience letters and summarize them there ? IF they are not coming on 1 field. What should we do ?

U can summarize ur job roles

Still if u have shortage of space, attached sheet to it

jigzyy - What i did is kind of enter the skills on all the fields. For instance, they have job duties field next to 1 year experience box, 2 years exp box etc, So i entered some duties near the 1st year, some next to the 2 year exp box etc., Also I ve just put the duties such as Software development, analysis, etc

hmm, I guess, the # of years, basically, they have asked is about the total number of years / months you have worked with the company. Its not about the number of years experience in a skill. Correct me if I got you wrong.

Also, the occupation box, its very small for an occupation to be listed. Will be writing with hand I guess. What to do :( ?

Jigzyy - I guess my explanation would have confused u.. Ok here's what I tried to explain:

Under "Years of Experience" column you have 5 boxes each for number of years of experience. To the right of "Less than 1 year", there's a box for "Main duties". Similarly for the 5 rows, you have 5 cells for Main duties. I checked the "4 years or more" and instead of entering the Main duties against the "4 years or more box", I entered the main duties on all 5 cells for the occupation.

Ah, yes, the pic din't got attached, but I have done the similar thing. Thanks for clarifying. What about Occupation? What you did there ?

My Occupation is Software Developer and I was able to enter only till Develop. So I guess I ll leave it like that. Or if you still feel it doesnt look good, we can prepare a word document with occupation name and main duties and print and attach it with the form.
