in the liabilities form if i type 0 (zero) then it disappear and keep this field blank .
keeping it blank may lead to a incomplete form
should i put 0 by handwriting ?

i filled option a and c becuse i have no liabilities on available funds and leave blank option b Is any issue if we leave blank option (b) ????

seems CIC is very sensitive in keeping any field vacant
dont konw how they will treat it.

want more expert opiniion
