In Schedule 3 form, Question 12.

I have almost same "Main Duties" across my career starting from my 1st company to current company. Can we mention the same "Main Duties"??

I have drafted differently, but the meaning will be same for all Main duties across the companies.

Please suggest.

If your NOC (based upon your duties) has been the same and is for ex: NOC 1234 for your previous 3 employers - you could make 3 entries with different duration and designations (or maybe same designations, if applicable) for 3 companies with the same NOC code mentioned thrice.

Yeah NOC code is same for all 5 companies, but my question is what should I specify in "Main duties" for all these 5 companies?? Can I put same "Main Duties" for all the companies ?

YES. If they were exactly the same or mostly similar (assuming they meet the NOC duties).
