Schedule 1 Question

The instructions on this one are as follows: "The principal applicant, his or her spouse or common-law partner, if applicable, and all dependent children aged 18 years or older listed in the application for permanent residence must complete their own copy of this form."

My question is this: Does my husband, a Canadian citizen by birth, who is my sponsor, need to fill this out?

Also, I have a daughter, aged 21, who is not accompanying me to Canada. Does she need to fill out this form?

Any advice on this is much appreciated.

This is only for you. If your daughter was coming she would but since she is not no.
but do make sure your daughter is addd to your app as non accompanying children so later on down the road if she does want to be sponsored you can.

Are you sure the common-law partner (Canadian-born, my sponsor) does not have to fill this out?

Nope this is only for the Applicant,if you were bringing a spouce or dependant yes,but the applicat is not bringing a spouce,the permanent resident part of the app is solely for the sponsored person,and anyone that is coming with the sponsored like a child,parents,spouse.
