My parents are medical doctors employed in a government hospital, as physicians. My question is that will this be considered as a Government Position, in context of the following question in Schedule 1:

Have you held any government positions (Such as Civil Servant, judge, police officer, major, member of parliament, hospital administrator)?

Thanks.

In the list it you can't find "physicians".... so no.

Thanks for the answer.

The list does not include physicians, but it says such as...

Since they are government employees, I am wondering as to whether it qualifies...

U can get a feeling that they are all either high decision makers or law enforcers.

Hi,

My father-in-law who is now retired was working as a stenographer and I entered that detail. His visitor visa was approved and he is now with us in Canada. My suggestion to you is to enter their details in the relevant fields.
